LGBTQ News provides independent, AI-assisted local news summaries for United States. We believe that informed communities make better decisions — and that journalism, done well, strengthens democracy.

What We Cover

Our coverage focuses on local government, education, public health, business, civic events, and community life. We aggregate stories from credentialed sources, summarize them with credit and links to the original reporting, and add local context that matters to United States residents.

Editorial Standards

Accuracy: Our summaries draw only on what the attributed source reports; editors review flagged items and post-publication samples, and when we err we correct openly in the public corrections log.
Independence: Editorial decisions are made independently; no outside party influences coverage.
Transparency: Sources are cited. Funding is disclosed.
Accountability: Reader feedback is welcomed via /contact.

Funding

LGBTQ News and the Nexcom network have been self-funded by the founders to date; no display ads are currently served and we do not solicit donations. Prospective revenue channels are disclosed at /ownership. Funding never influences editorial decisions.
